E-DA Royal Hotel

Our original booking for deluxe for 4 pax was wrongly checked in by the receptionist on the first night into a room for 2 pax with a queen bed. Our family did not manage much rest as it was really too squeezy for a family of 4 (including 2 teenager kids). We decided to enquired again at the front desk the next day morning and feedback that the room looked different from our booking. The counter staff checked and made the switch (and upgraded 1 level up) for us after an hour as they are unable to provide any refund.

We didn't know what to expect, but that was best because our expectations were met (if they'd existed!) Nearby to the hotel is a shopping center and an amusement park that our kids loved. The rooms were super comfortable, and the people were so nice. It was very easy to take the bus from the main station to EDA.

E-Da Royal is an amazing hotel! It's huge and spacious and very well decorated. The whole place just makes the guest feel very comfortable and at home. The hotel is part of the E-Da complex which is composed of two hotels, an huge outlet (with over 700 brands) and a theme park. The E-da Royal has a great staff that is already to serve from the moment we step onto the doorway. They are nice and always ready and really make us feel very well treated. The rooms are big and comfortable, with a lot of space and a really big and comfy bed. The room is carpeted and have access to an individual balcony, which I personally think is a plus. Lighting can be controlled from both sides of the bed and there's night light option. Wifi is open and works very well. The bathroom is also big, with dividers for the toilet and shower, which leaves the rest of the bathroom available (sink and bathtub) while maintaining privacy if any of those are being used. The water pressure and temperature is great and the toiletries are a nice treat. There's also bathrobes and slippers in the wardrobe. Breakfast is held in a huge restaurant and they get pretty busy in the morning. At check-in you'll be asked to choose between two time frames for having breakfast, which is a nice system for avoiding overcrowding. While food is quickly consumed by the big crowd, the staff will just as quickly refill the empty plates. There's a big variety of food, which will satisfy all type of tastes. The hotel also offers a lot of entertainment options, some free of cost. It's a place suitable for all ages.
